Shipping / Delivery Policy

Landa Pressure Washers of Rhode Island offers reliable and efficient shipping options to ensure your equipment and parts arrive safely and on time. We are committed to providing flexible delivery solutions tailored to meet the needs of our customers throughout the New England area and beyond.

General Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

  • Standard shipping rates will be billed at UPS Ground Rate on all orders. 

Additional Info

  • If the product is in stock at our location it will ship on the same or next business day.
  • If the product is in stock at the USA Warehouse it will be shipped in 4 days.
  • If the product must come in from overseas you will be notified about the lead time.
  • Normal shipping is by UPS.
  • Correct address is required for delivery.
  • Once a product is shipped we cannot cancel an order.

Freight Carrier

  • Freight carriers sometimes charge a one-time residential fee that the customer is responsible for (not included in shipping). Usually, the residential fee is around $35.00.
  • The freight carrier will call you to schedule delivery after the product has shipped.
  • If customer is not available to schedule a delivery time the product will be returned to us and the customer is responsible for re-shipping charges.
  • If the customer decides they do not want the product after shipment they are responsible for all charges. All sales are final. 
  • All special freight carrier requests such as inside delivery lift gate, arrival notification, residential delivery, sort and segregate, and help unloading costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs posted online. The customer will have to pay any additional fees for these special requests.
  • Redelivery fee will apply if the item traveling by freight cannot be delivered on the first attempt; even if the second attempt is on the same day.
  • There will be an appointment fee (different than arrival notification fee) for freight deliveries if the carrier needs to work around the customer’s schedule.
  • There may be a hazardous materials fee where applicable.
  • There may be limited access fees for military bases, campuses, prisons and hospitals.
  • Customer must inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery for damage. If severe damage has occurred please refuse the product and call us so that we may ship out a replacement ASAP. If there is a broken part, please call us with the part number and serial number and we will have a replacement part shipped to you ASAP.
  • We can ship some products to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories, but shipping costs vary and must be quoted by phone.
  • Once a product is shipped we cannot cancel an order.
  • If it is in inventory, and call or order on the website before 12 pm Central, we can usually ship it that same day!
  • If not, the order will ship the next day.
  • If you need same-day shipping, don’t hesitate to ask for it.
  • If drop shipped direct from the manufacturer, usually shipped within 2 business days.
  • If the product needs to be manufactured or has a lead time, you will be notified.
